Hi, I'm Lourdes, I'm a teacher by profession. I also had  Medical Transcription training in 2006.  And worked as a Customer Service Representative in one of the BPO company in 2011. But since  our youngest daughter was diagnosed with some special needs, I opt to stay with her and assist her.

Due to love of learning and with the fast growing online world, I'm currently taking relevant studies and acquiring more skills as a Freelance Virtual Assistant to be fully equipped in helping businesses grow.
